Delivery Timing

Deliveries are made between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM on the scheduled delivery day. While we cannot provide an exact delivery time, the courier will contact you before delivery to confirm availability.

Please ensure that the contact number provided is active and accessible. Missed calls or failure to respond may result in your delivery being rescheduled for the following day. We are not responsible for delays caused by being unreachable.

Printing Kits Delivery Timeline

If you choose to receive a complimentary printing kit with your order, it will be dispatched within 1 working day. Please allow 1–3 business days for delivery.

Jewellery Production & Delivery Timeline

All our jewellery is handcrafted to order, which means delivery times may vary depending on the season.

Our standard production time is 5–7 working days, but faster options are available upon request. You can contact us here if you wish to place an urgent order.

We also offer express and next-day ready-to-ship items for quicker delivery.

Delivery to Other Middle Eastern Countries

We do ship outside the UAE.

Shipping charges may vary slightly depending on location, but will not exceed AED 110.
