Shipping Policy – Forever Imprint Jewellery (UAE)

Domestic Shipping (UAE Wide)

Standard Shipping

  • Free Delivery Across UAE (Deliveries are made between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM on the scheduled delivery day)

  • Printing kits: Dispatched within 1 business day, delivered next business day

  • Handmade jewellery: Approx. 4–5 business days (timelines may vary)

  • While we cannot provide an exact delivery time, the courier will contact you before delivery to confirm availability.

Same-Day Delivery

  • Available on select items

  • Fee: AED 15

  • Cut-off time: 12 PM (orders placed after this time will be delivered next business day).

  • May be suspended during peak periods (Eid, Christmas, etc.)

  • Orders will be delivered in 4-6 hours from the time order has been placed.

Next-Day Delivery

  • Available for select jewellery, printing kits, and vouchers

  • Cut-off: 12 PM

  • Not available during major holidays

Important Notes

  • Delivery times for handmade items are estimated; we aim to meet 4–5 day turnaround.

  • Urgent requests: WhatsApp Emma at 055 445 7925

  • We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.

International Shipping

Currently not available in the Middle East.
