UAE Delivery

Delivery across the UAE is free when you spend over 200 AED.

Please note we don't give a time for your delivery. Your order can arrive between the hours of 8 am and 7 pm on the day of delivery. The delivery company will call to check if someone is available to receive the order. Failure to answer their call may result in your delivery being delayed until the following day. Please make sure you provide a number you can be reached on. We will not be responsible for any late deliveries due to you not being reachable on the day.

Delivery Times - Printing Kits

If you select to have a FREE Printing Kit sent to you when you order, this will be dispatched within 1 working day, please allow 1-3 days delivery.

Delivery Times - Jewellery

All our jewellery is handmade to order, meaning delivery times will vary throughout the year, depending on the season. Usual delivery times will take 5 - 7 days; however, we can make something sooner if you request it. Please make sure you check with us before placing your order here. We also have express and next-day delivery items should you need something very quickly.

Other Middles Eastern Deliveries

We can ship outside of the UAE. Prices will vary slightly, and a shipping fee of no more than 110aed will be applied depending on your exact location.
