Our name jewellery can usually be made within 2–3 days and, depending on availability, can sometimes be completed for next-day delivery.

Fingerprint, handprint and footprint jewellery can usually be made within 7 days. The quicker you are able to take your prints and return them to us after receiving your complimentary print kit, the quicker we can begin creating your jewellery.

Pet paw pad and nose print jewellery can also usually be completed within 7 days once we have received a suitable impression.

Taking a fingerprint at home is very easy.

Adult fingerprints are usually incredibly straightforward to capture and we can normally obtain excellent detail. Children from around two years old upwards are also generally very easy to take prints from.

For babies and younger children, our biggest tip is to wait until they are relaxed or asleep, particularly if you have a wriggly toddler!

Try not to use too much ink or apply too much pressure, and take several prints if possible. You can then send them to us and we will choose the clearest print to work from.

Full instructions are included with your complimentary fingerprint kit, and we are always available if you need any help.

We generally recommend waiting until your baby is at least six months old, and sometimes closer to one year, because very young babies often do not yet have enough definition in their fingerprints to create the level of detail we would like in the finished jewellery.

If you would like to try when your baby is younger than six months, you are very welcome to visit us in Dubai before committing to an order.

We can try taking the fingerprint together and see whether there is enough detail to create a beautiful piece. If there isn’t, you haven’t committed to anything and we can simply wait until your baby is a little older.

We recommend taking a baby’s fingerprint from around six months old onwards.

Although babies are born with fingerprints, the tiny ridges can be very fine and may not yet give enough definition for a detailed piece of jewellery.

If your baby is younger than six months and you would still like to try, you are welcome to visit us in Dubai. We can take a test print and advise you before you place an order.

You will receive a complimentary inkless handprint and footprint kit with your order.

The kit uses an inkless wipe and special paper, so the process is mess-free, non-toxic and safe to use with babies and children.

Full instructions are included and it is very simple to use.

For younger babies, we recommend taking the print while they are sleepy or relaxed. Toddlers often find the process quite fun and enjoy getting involved — a little like doing a painting activity at home.
