To keep your chain and pendant looking its best, store it in the protective pouch provided when not in use. We also recommend removing it before swimming or bathing to help preserve the leather over time.

Once you order your keepsake jewellery, we'll dispatch your free paw print kit within 24 hours of purchase.

Complete your paw print impressions, then send a clear and close-up picture to 055 445 7925 along with your name and order number.

We'll engrave and personalise your jewellery at our Dubai Studio, with production taking approximately 5-7 days.
