1. Personalized Items – Final Sale

All personalized items (including engraved jewellery and custom designs) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Exceptions:
We will replace or repair your item if we made an error, such as:

  • Incorrect engraving

  • Wrong item shipped

2. Sizing Exchanges

If your bracelet or necklace is the wrong size, we are happy to offer an exchange.

Conditions:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability


3. 1-Year Leather Warranty

We guarantee the durability of our leather straps.

Warranty Coverage:

  • If your leather bracelet breaks or frays due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the leather strap within 1 year of purchase

Exclusions:

  • Damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, or accidents

To claim:

  • Email us with your order number and photos of the issue
