1. Personalized Items – Final Sale
All personalized items (including engraved jewellery and custom designs) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Exceptions:
We will replace or repair your item if we made an error, such as:

2. Sizing Exchanges
If your bracelet or necklace is the wrong size, we are happy to offer an exchange.

3. 1-Year Leather Warranty
We guarantee the durability of our leather straps.
Warranty Coverage:

If your leather bracelet breaks or frays due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the leather strap within 1 year of purchase
Exclusions:

Damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, or accidents
